What is Skin Health?

Learn more about your SKIN HEALTH

Our skin is the largest organ in the body. It's very intelligent, but it's also sluggish. It likes simple direction and needs constant stimulation to keep progressing through its life cycle.

It's designed to protect your other organs by keeping things out. So whatever you put on your skin, your skin cells need to recognize it and understand what to do with it if they are going to let it in.

Skin Cell Communication

Your skin has various levels, and they all have different roles to play in communication from the inside out and the out to inside. As we age, this communication slows down, and it also picks up bad habits.

Specific structures collagen begin to fade away. And the glue that holds the cells together begins to wear out.

It's heavily influenced by your immune system and can get easily confused and tired. So struggles to communicate as well as it used to hold onto moisture nutrients and regeneration gets harder as we age.

Healthy Skin Cells

So if you want to keep your skin looking younger than you need to focus on the overall health of your skin cells, rather than relying on a pot of cream and just drinking water.

To keep your skin cells healthy and active you need to keep stimulating them, give them the precise direction of what you want to do. Present them with ingredients that it recognises to absorb what to do with the absorb nutrients and how to protect themselves and then went to die.
